This apartment was exactly as shown in the literature - mind-blowing! It was very well maintained and equipped, exceeding my expectations. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating, even meeting us at 2am. The view from the balcony was jaw-dropping, overlooking the beautiful beach and Teide in the distance. The location was ideal, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The apartment had everything we needed, from free Wi-Fi to a fully equipped kitchen and even a washing machine. The pool area was great, with plenty of sun loungers and a children's pool. this was an unforgettable experience and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Newly refurbished apartment with modernity, attention to detail, and no missing or out of place items. Welcoming and understanding owners who guided us through everything and returned the deposit promptly. Priceless view from the terrace and comfortable outdoor sofa for stargazing. Highly recommended.

My partner and I stayed at Perla for a week-long beach vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and provided with all the necessary information. The apartment itself was fully equipped with everything we needed, from towels to kitchen utensils. The view from the spacious terrace was breathtaking, and we loved having access to the pool. Plus, the convenience of having a parking place and taxi service nearby was a big bonus.
